Return Policy

At Guiding Stones, every product is packed with utmost care to ensure it reaches you safely. Since our products are natural and handcrafted, returns are accepted only in case of damaged or defective items.
Please note — we do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.

1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return only if:

  • The product you received is damaged, broken, or defective on arrival.

  • You can provide valid proof with an unboxing video and 2–3 clear pictures showing the issue.

📸 Important:

  • The unboxing video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the product’s condition upon arrival.

  • Claims without a proper unboxing video and photos will not be accepted.

  • Minor variations in color, size, texture, or pattern are natural to stones and do not qualify as defects.

2. How to Request a Return

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Email us at guidingstones.in@gmail.com within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  2. Attach your unboxing video and clear pictures of the damaged product and package.

  3. Our team will verify your claim within 2–3 business days.

  4. Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Conditions

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all contents intact.

  • Returns will not be accepted for damage caused after delivery due to mishandling or improper storage.

  • Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for review.

  • We do not offer product exchanges.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order stones.

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or accidents.

  • Orders without valid unboxing proof (video + photos).

  • All exchange requests, as exchanges are not available.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval.

  • Once approved, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • In case of payment gateway delays, please allow additional time as per your bank’s policy.
