  • All orders must be paid in full before dispatch.

  • We accept secure payments through trusted gateways (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, etc.).

  • In case of a payment failure, your order will not be processed.

  • Guiding Stones reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 4–7 business days (depending on location).

  • Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control (such as weather or courier delays).

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or defective products.

  • A clear unboxing video and 2–3 pictures are mandatory for claim verification.

  • Return requests must be made within 24–48 hours of delivery via guidingstones.in@gmail.com.

  • No exchanges are offered under any circumstances.
