  • Remote Areas: Deliveries may take a little longer due to courier availability.

  • Sundays and public holidays are not counted as business days.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on selected orders and promotions (if mentioned on the website).

  • For other orders, shipping charges may apply based on the weight, destination, and courier service used.

5. Packaging

All items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
However, if your package appears tampered with or damaged on arrival, please record an unboxing video and contact us immediately within 24 hours at guidingstones.in@gmail.com.
