Retutn/Exchange Policy
At Guiding Stones, we take great care in packing and delivering every stone with precision and protection. However, since our products are natural and unique, we only accept returns in case of damaged or defective items.
Please note — we do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.
1. Eligibility for Return
You can request a return only if:

The product you received is damaged, broken, or defective on arrival.

You have valid proof through an unboxing video and 2–3 clear pictures showing the issue.
Important points:

The unboxing video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the product condition immediately upon receipt.

Claims without a proper unboxing video and clear photos will not be accepted.

Minor variations in color, texture, shape, or size are natural characteristics of stones and do not qualify as defects.
2. Process for Return
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Email us at guidingstones.in@gmail.com within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Attach the unboxing video and clear pictures of the damaged product and packaging.

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

Once approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Conditions

The item must be returned in its original packaging with all materials included.

Returns will not be accepted for products damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper storage.

No returns will be processed after 48 hours of delivery.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Customized or special-order stones.

Products damaged due to customer misuse.

Orders without proper unboxing video and images.

All exchange requests — we strictly do not offer exchanges.
